Few artists impressed us as much as Clyde Lawrence did this year. With his incredible musicianship and high-quality vocals, Clyde Lawrence and his band constantly wowed us with their impressive, high-energy covers. They put their musical ability on full display in their insanely good cover of Nelly’s iconic smash hit, “Hot In Herre” that blew us away in 2014.

What isn’t there to love about Seven Handle Circus’s epic bluegrass cover of A-Ha’s massive 80’s hit “Take On Me”. Using traditional bluegrass instruments, Seven Handle Circus took to the streets of New Orleans and provided us with one of our favorite covers of 2014.

6. Rixton- “My Love (Route 94 ft. Jess Glynne/Justin Timberlake Mashup)”

Few bands experienced a bigger year in 2014 than the boys of Rixton. The British-based band saw massive success in 2014 after the release of their hit single “Me and My Broken Heart”. Before they made it as pop stars, Rixton was impressing fans with their incredible covers over on YouTube. One cover that impressed us this year was their mashup of Justin Timberlake’s and Route 94 ft. Jess Glynne’s songs “My Love”. With their impressive vocals and infectious melodies, Rixton’s mashup quickly became one of our favorites of 2014.
